Becoming a TimbeRoof Dealer

TimbeRoof Post and Beam is always searching for qualified architects, builders and others in construction wishing to become dealers for our product. Approved individuals acting as our representatives have the following advantages:

  • Timber framing is far more environmentally friendly than other construction techniques by concentrating on renewable resources and energy-efficiency. Our SIP roofing and wall systems allow our representatives to offer the most cutting-edge options in eco-friendly building. Once each job is completed, TimbeRoof will make a donation in the customer’s name to The Arbor Day Foundation™, eternally protecting 25,000 square feet of tropical rainforest.
  • TimbeRoof maintains strict quality control at all times. Our timbers are kiln-dried and dressed exactly to the required size, producing timbers that have fewer knots per foot. Then, as the frames are cut, we remove those timbers that do not meet our standards for excellence (after all, the wood is what the clients see).
  • Timber framing is a craft that requires tools and joinery atypical of standard carpentry. Our staff is specially trained in all aspects of this age-old yet highly specialized industry.
  • TimbeRoof provides our dealers access to sales leads as we match individuals interested in new construction with approved local builders and contractors. We receive calls daily from individuals in the US and other countries desiring advice and builder recommendations concerning their new structure.
  • Partnering with TimbeRoof provides individuals in construction with more choices to offer clients. Our in-house specialists can design the home for your client or use existing plans. Either way, we offer the most versatile post and beam home package on the market with an endless array of wall, roofing and construction styles.
  • Our partners are able to offer nationwide shipping of our TimbeRoof Post and Beam home packages, direct to the erection site and when needed.
  • Partnership with TimbeRoof allows you to offer your customers a fixed price for the structure’s shell, a major component of all projects. Our price is guaranteed once provided and will include a list of goods and services not offered by other companies.
  • TimbeRoof will have a representative on-site when one of our structures is erected to answer any questions that may arise.
  • Unlike most construction jobs, there is little scrap lumber to clean up when erecting a timber frame structure.
  • We are a product-driven company, meaning efforts are spent on our products. This keeps overhead down and means our pricing is essentially factory direct pricing, saving money and allowing our partners vast negotiating leverage. Additionally, if ordered, we ship ancillary items like Andersen windows directly from the distributor, minimizing our involvement and cost as the ‘middle-man’ in such situations.
  • Although we typically use Eastern white pine and Douglas fir, we are able to offer structures made of woods like heart pine, cherry, oak, hickory, maple, locust, hemlock among others.
  • TimbeRoof frames arrive on the jobsite ready to erect with just the right amount of lumber at the exact lengths needed. Package posts, beams and paneling are also pre-cut, pre-stained and shipped covered to the jobsite when requested. This protects the wood during construction and further speeds on-site efficiency. Quick assembly of the package means an entire structure can be under-roof with a finished ceiling in days instead of the weeks required with conventional construction.
  • Timber framing also proves more efficient in other ways. For example, installing paneled ceiling to the top of beams is five to six times faster than installing paneling to the underside of ceiling joists. Also, there are no loose boards, unsightly nail holes or trim around the walls.
  • TimbeRoof always provides blueprints detailing how the package is to be erected, showing all dimensions and details. These plans, in most cases, are easily sufficient for most permitting agencies when acquiring the proper building approvals.
  • TimbeRoof representatives are able to offer their clients some of the most incredibly energy-efficient structures on the market. The insulated wall and roof panels (SIPs) available in our construction packages are twice as efficient as their fiberglass counterparts. In addition to this, the panels are quickly and easily installed while concurrently providing a nail base for the finished roof.
  • In our constant quest to reduce our eco-footprint, our factory is a climate-controlled, indoor environment that greatly reduces potential environmental damage.
